• Identity and contact details: name, PAN, Aadhaar (masked where possible), date of birth, address, mobile number and email.
• KYC and FATCA/CRS information, bank account details, nominee details and signatures required for transactions.
• Investment and policy details required to process and service your transactions.
• Information you share through our contact forms, WhatsApp, email or phone.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, if analytics are enabled.

2. How we use information

• To complete KYC and process transactions with AMCs, registrars, insurers, portfolio managers and brokers.
• To service your investments and policies, send statements and renewal reminders.
• To respond to enquiries and grievances.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering requirements.

3. Sharing of information

We share information only with entities required to process your requests, such as AMCs, RTAs (CAMS, KFintech), KRAs, insurers, portfolio managers, stock brokers and depositories, and with regulators or authorities where required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. Data security

We follow reasonable physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your data. We will never ask for your passwords, OTPs, PINs or card details. Platforms linked from our Login page are operated by third parties under their own security and privacy policies.

We retain records for the period required under applicable laws and regulations, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.
