Portfolio Management Services

Portfolio Management Services (PMS) are offered by SEBI-registered portfolio managers who manage a portfolio of securities held in your own name. As an APMI-registered distributor, we help eligible investors understand PMS products and complete the onboarding process.

SEBI prescribes a minimum investment of ₹50 lakh for PMS. Fees, strategy, risks and past performance are detailed in each portfolio manager's Disclosure Document, which you should read carefully before investing.

Common questions

What is the minimum investment in PMS?

₹50 lakh, as prescribed by SEBI. It can be in cash, securities or a combination, subject to the manager's policy.

How are PMS fees charged?

Fees may include a fixed management fee, a performance fee, or both, plus other expenses. All charges are disclosed in the Disclosure Document and agreement.

Are PMS returns assured?

No. PMS portfolios carry market risk and can underperform or make losses.

Who holds the securities?

Securities are held in a demat account in your name, operated by the portfolio manager as per the agreement.
